Age and Child Safety Policy

NaiHive is an adults-only service. We do not permit minors to create accounts, appear in listings, be solicited, or be represented as available for any sexual or exploitative activity.

Zero tolerance

Any content or conduct involving the sexualisation, solicitation, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or endangerment of a person under 18 is prohibited. This includes real or suspected minors, content that suggests a minor is available, and attempts to move a child conversation off-platform.

Do not try to verify a person's age by appearance, a profile claim, or a message. A verification badge does not guarantee that a person is an adult or that every image is current.

If you see a concern on NaiHive

  • Do not contact, threaten, warn, negotiate with, or investigate the suspected person yourself.
  • Do not download, copy, save, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material.
  • Record the profile URL, username, date, and a short description without copying illegal content.
  • Use Report abuse immediately and state that it is a child-safety concern.
  • If there is immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services.

If you are under 18

  • Do not create or use a NaiHive account, publish a listing, or send identity documents.
  • Tell a trusted adult, child-protection officer, or counsellor if someone is pressuring or exploiting you.
  • Call Kenya's free 24/7 National Child Helpline on 116.
  • For immediate danger, call 999, 112, or 911, or go to the nearest police station.

Our response

We may remove or restrict the content and accounts involved, preserve relevant information, limit access, and notify law enforcement or child-protection authorities where appropriate or required. We may request additional information from a reporter, but do not require a reporter to put themselves at risk or send illegal material.

We protect reports as confidentially as practical, but cannot promise absolute confidentiality where disclosure is needed for safety, law enforcement, legal process, or another person's rights.

External help in Kenya

The official National Child Helpline is free and available 24 hours a day on 116. The State Department for Children Services also lists WhatsApp support at +254 722 116 116. For gender-based violence support, call 1195.

If you encounter suspected child exploitation, report it immediately. Do not wait for a reply from NaiHive and do not attempt to resolve it privately.
