Payments and Refunds

• Check the listing, plan, duration, amount, and currency before confirming.
• Approve only a payment prompt you started from the NaiHive checkout.
• Do not share your PIN, OTP, card number, or provider password with anyone claiming to be NaiHive staff.
• Keep the provider reference and receipt after a completed payment.
• Remember that a NaiHive promotion receipt is not payment to another user.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, completed promotion payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide credits, exchanges, or pro-rated refunds because you change your mind, stop using the Service, delete a listing or account, receive fewer results than expected, or are removed for violating the Terms.

A cancelled, declined, expired, or incomplete payment prompt is not a refund because no completed payment has been applied. A promotion may be forfeited when its listing or account is deleted or suspended.

If you see a duplicate charge, an incorrect status, or a provider error, contact us with the account email, provider, amount, date, and reference. We may correct a promotion record or investigate a verifiable system error. Never send your PIN, password, OTP, or full card number.

Do not use a fraudulent or abusive chargeback to reverse a valid payment. We may suspend an account while investigating, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be waived. See the Terms of Service for the full payment terms.
