Use a clear subject such as "NaiHive abuse or safety report", "NaiHive privacy request", "NaiHive moderation appeal", or "NaiHive payment issue".

Safety and abuse

Use Report abuse for unsafe profiles, adverts, messages, media, impersonation, harassment, or child-safety concerns.

Privacy and data rights

Use Privacy requests for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, consent withdrawal, or portability requests.

Moderation decisions

Use Moderation appeals for a review of a content, listing, feature, verification, or account decision.

Payments

Use Payments and refunds for promotion purchases, references, duplicate charges, or provider errors.

Before you contact us

Never email your password, OTP, mobile-money PIN, full card number, or identity documents.
Include the URL, payment reference, account email, date, and a short description only when relevant.
We never ask you for an identity document. Verification is optional and will always be something you start yourself from your own dashboard.
Do not send suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal images. Send the URL and a description instead.

Emergencies

NaiHive is not an emergency service. For immediate danger in Kenya, call 999, 112, or 911. For child protection, call 116. For gender-based violence support, call 1195.
