Safety reporting
Use the in-product Report control where available, or email our support channel when the content is a classified advert, message, image, privacy issue, impersonation, or another concern that the profile report cannot cover.
Email [email protected] with the subject "NaiHive abuse or safety report".
For an approved escort profile, you can also sign in and use Report on the profile page. Email is the reporting path for classified adverts, private messages, media, impersonation, child-safety concerns, and reports from visitors who cannot use the in-product control.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment PINs, identity documents, or unnecessary personal data. Do not attach or forward suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal images. Give us the URL and a description instead.
We triage reports based on urgency and risk. We may remove or restrict content, preserve evidence, contact the account owner, request more information, escalate to a specialist, or notify authorities where appropriate or required. We may not be able to disclose the outcome because of privacy, safety, or legal restrictions.
Do not publicly confront or threaten the reported person. If you believe a decision was wrong, use Moderation appeals rather than submitting repeated reports.
