NaiHive is for adults aged 18 and over. Verification and moderation can reduce risk, but they cannot guarantee another person's identity, intentions, conduct, or an offline outcome. Use your judgment, protect your information, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.

Protect your account and identity

Use a unique password and never share your password, OTP, recovery code, or session details.
NaiHive staff will never ask for your password or one-time authentication code.
Do not send identity documents, banking credentials, mobile-money PINs, or home and workplace details in messages.
Review every photo, location, phone number, and contact option before publishing a profile or advert.
Be careful with unexpected links, QR codes, downloads, or anyone claiming that a fee is needed to verify, unlock, or protect your account.

Avoid scams and payment pressure

NaiHive checkout is only for profile or classified-ad promotion. It is not payment for an offline meeting or personal service.
Confirm the amount, duration, location, expectations, and payment recipient before paying anyone.
Do not pay because someone creates urgency, threatens exposure, promises guaranteed access, or claims to be a moderator.
Never share a payment confirmation code or approve a prompt you did not start.
Keep receipts and report suspicious requests through the abuse-reporting page.

Plan a safer meeting

Discuss the general location, timing, rates, boundaries, and expectations before meeting.
Arrange your own transport and keep enough charge, data, and money to leave independently.
Tell a trusted person where you are going, when you expect to return, and how they can check in with you.
Consider meeting in a public or professionally managed place first when practical.
Do not hand over your identity documents, bank card, phone, or valuables as a condition of meeting.
Trust your instincts. If the person, location, request, or conditions change unexpectedly, leave.

Consent, boundaries, and respect

Consent must be informed, specific, voluntary, and reversible. A previous message, meeting, payment, or relationship is not ongoing consent.
Do not pressure, threaten, deceive, intoxicate, expose, photograph, record, or redistribute private content without permission.
Stop immediately when someone says no, withdraws consent, asks you to stop, leaves, or blocks you.
Do not continue contact through another account after someone has asked you to stop.
Never use the platform to arrange abuse, coercion, trafficking, forced labour, or any unlawful activity.

Protect private images and conversations

Assume that anything sent to another person may be copied. Share only content you are comfortable losing control of.
Do not screenshot, publish, sell, threaten to publish, or forward intimate images or private conversations without permission.
If someone threatens to expose you, do not pay or negotiate under pressure. Save evidence, stop contact, block the account, and report it.
If your own image or personal information appears without permission, use Report abuse and include the specific profile, URL, image, and harm.

If drugs, alcohol, or violence are involved

Do not meet or continue an encounter when you or another person cannot make clear, voluntary decisions.
Leave immediately if there are threats, weapons, confinement, forced activity, withheld documents, or demands you did not agree to.
Move to a safer public place, contact someone you trust, and contact emergency services or the police if there is immediate danger.
Seek medical support after an assault or injury. You do not need to wait for a platform investigation before getting help.

What verification means

Identity verification is optional and is not available yet. We plan to offer it as something you start yourself, whenever it suits you, in exchange for a badge on your profile — never as a requirement for holding an account, publishing, or being contacted. Today a badge is applied by our moderation team at its discretion and does not certify identity.

A badge of either kind does not guarantee any profile claim, current availability, safety, honesty, health status, a meeting, or any transaction. Paid VIP and Premium placement is separate again, and verifies nothing.

Because verification will always be something you begin yourself, nobody at NaiHive will ever ask you for an identity document. Treat any such request as fraud, and never send documents through messages. Read the Privacy Policy for how this data would be handled.

Reporting and blocking on NaiHive

On an approved escort profile, signed-in users can use Report to send the profile and details to the moderation team, and Block to prevent further platform contact from that account. Reports are reviewed under our Community Guidelines; submitting a report does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome.

For a classified advert, private message, image, impersonation, child-safety concern, or a report you cannot submit from the page, use Report abuse. Include only the information needed to investigate. Do not copy or redistribute illegal or exploitative material.

If something goes wrong

Get to a safe place and contact emergency services or a trusted person if there is immediate danger.
Preserve relevant evidence such as usernames, URLs, dates, receipts, messages, and screenshots. Do not forward illegal images.
Stop responding to threats, block the account, and report it through NaiHive or the relevant authority.
Seek medical, legal, counselling, or specialist support. NaiHive is not an emergency service, investigator, hospital, or law-enforcement agency.

Urgent and specialist help in Kenya

Immediate danger:
Call 999, 112, or 911, or go to the nearest police station.

Child protection:
Call 116, the free 24/7 National Child Helpline.

Gender-based violence:
Call 1195 for the national GBV helpline.

Important limits

NaiHive is a directory and advertising platform, not a dating agency, employer, escort provider, payment intermediary for user arrangements, security service, medical provider, or emergency responder. We do not guarantee that profiles are genuine, that users will behave lawfully, or that a report will prevent harm. Use the platform only where lawful and read the Terms of Service.
