Moderation Appeals

If your listing, content, feature access, or account was restricted and you believe the decision was mistaken, you can request a human review.

Submit an appeal

Email [email protected] with the subject "NaiHive moderation appeal".

Use the email address associated with the account where possible. Do not include your password, OTP, payment PIN, or identity documents in the email.

Include enough context

Your account email, profile or advert URL, and the approximate date of the decision.
The action you are appealing, such as removal, rejection, suspension, feature restriction, or verification decision.
Why you believe the action was mistaken and what information has changed.
Relevant permission, ownership, consent, or payment context that can be verified safely.
Any corrective action you have already taken.

Review principles

We consider the reported content, account history, applicable Terms and Community Guidelines, safety risk, and information in the appeal. A review may involve human moderation and additional verification.

When restrictions remain

We may keep a restriction in place while an urgent safety, child-protection, fraud, privacy, or legal investigation is active. An appeal does not guarantee restoration or disclose confidential report information.

Possible outcomes

We may restore content or access, ask for changes, keep the decision, apply a different restriction, or close the account. We may explain the outcome at a level that protects reporters, other users, evidence, and legal obligations.

Do not create another account to evade a restriction. Read the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service before resubmitting content.
