Privacy Requests

• Be informed about how your personal data is used.
• Access personal data NaiHive holds about you.
• Correct inaccurate, false, or misleading data.
• Delete or erase data where the legal conditions apply.
• Object to processing or request restriction in appropriate circumstances.
• Withdraw consent where consent is the processing basis.
• Request portability where the right applies and the data can reasonably be provided in a machine-readable format.

• The account email or other identifier connected to the request.
• The right you want to exercise and the data or processing it concerns.
• Whether the request relates to public profile content, optional verification data, messages, payment records, or account data.
• Any relevant date, profile URL, or transaction reference.

We may limit or refuse a request where permitted or required by law, including to protect another person's rights, preserve evidence, prevent fraud, or comply with a legal obligation. We will explain the reason where legally permitted.

You can request account deletion through your account settings. The deletion flow marks the account as deleted, disables access, and retains account-linked profiles, adverts, managed uploads, authentication credentials, identity data, and related records unless removal is required by law or a separate retention rule applies.

Read the Privacy Policy for more detail. If you cannot access your account, email us from the address associated with it and explain the problem.

You may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner through its official complaint channel. NaiHive cannot control the processing practices of independent payment, hosting, email, or other providers; you may also need to use their privacy channels.
